In COURSE 1, you will learn how to decorate cakes and sweet treats with basic buttercream techniques and six simple-to-pipe flowers that transform ordinary cakes into extraordinary results. Using the Wilton Method® and these developed skills, you can use for all of your decorating projects, modern and traditional cake designs and from cupcakes to cakes for any special occasion.

In COURSE 2, you will learn how to create professional-looking flowers and designs made from royal icing. Your Certified Wilton Method Instructor teaches you how to make lifelike rosebuds, pansies, and violets, plus detailed patterns, like lace and basketweave designs.

In COURSE 3, you will develop new skills working with fondant and gum paste and apply them to create shapes, borders, flowers, and much more. From covering your cakes to cutting shapes and painting on fondant, you’ll learn all the essentials, and get to create flowers, like calla lilies, roses and carnations!

In COURSE 4, THE WILTON METHOD® : INTRODUCTION TO WIRED GUM PASTE FLOWERS, you will expand your knowledge of gum paste flowers. You will learn how to make three types of exquisite wired flowers: the popular rose, classic hydrangea, and the new tropical hibiscus. Whether you are an experienced decorator or new to making gum paste flowers, this class will provide you with all the techniques needed to create beautiful, life-like flowers.
