Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Complete Deelite.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to COMPLETE DEELITE LTD., 3/F, ON LAN CENTRE, 11-15 ON LAN STREET, CENTRAL, HONG KONG.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Complete Deelite, accessible from https://www.completedeelite.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • Product isn’t used or damaged
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returns of Products / Refunds

Images of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to Product description and are for reference only. The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line image.

Complete Deelite shall assume no obligation or liability for any advice or information provided with Products displayed on this site and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.

Complete Deelite shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported within three days of delivery via e-mail to ops@completedeelite.com, Hotline (phone) +852-3167 7022 or (fax) +852 3167 7021 :

  • If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, past its sell by date, omitted in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Complete Deelite shall either refund to the Customer the Price of that Product, or replace the Product. Customers must notify ops@completedeelite.com within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.
  • If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer by mistake, Complete Deelite reserves the right to collect the wrong Product delivered.
  • If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Complete Deelite shall refund to the Customer the Price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.
  • If a Customer is charged more than the Price of a Product, Complete Deelite shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  • Complete Deelite will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies 7 days after delivery.


Complete Deelite’s liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement as specified above. All other remedies are excluded.

Refunds shall be credited, at Complete Deelite’s option, to the Customer’s credit card account as supplied in the Order / Registration Form or in the form of a cheque.

In case of dispute, Complete Deelite reserve the right of final decision.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us first an email at ops@completedeelite.com and send your item to: 3/F, On Lan Centre, 11-15 On Lan Street, Central, Hong Kong.
