Students will learn how to decorate cakes and sweet treats with basic buttercream techniques and simple-to-pipe flowers that transform ordinary cakes into extraordinary results.

- Make icing the right consistency to decorate
- Ice and decorate a cake and other sweet treats with the latest techniques
- Piping- borders, rosettes and palette paint
- Transfer images to a cake to decorate
- Learn how to bake and prepare a cake for decorating
Starter tools provided plus Wilton Certificate.
DURATION: 2 or 3 Days @ 3 or 2 Hours
CANCELLATION POLICY
72 hours notice (3 working days, except Sundays and PH) prior to workshop date.
An Administration/Service Fee of HKD150 will be deducted from the paid amount.
