Description
Pre-requisite: Students must have completed Wilton Course 1 + 3
– 2 tiers of round sponge cakes, 6 inch + 8 inch, 5 inch tall per tier
– Students learn how to ice, fill & stack a cake
– Learn how to cover a cake with fondant
– How to use fondant molding techniques to decorate a cake
Pre-baked cakes will be provided to each student
