Description

With fiberglass core, perfect for modelling sugar paste, mmf (marshmallow fondant), short pastry, marzipan and chocolate paste and for working sugar, caramel and chocolate.

It works as baking paper, it resists at temperatures going from -60°C (-76°F) up to +230°C (446°F) and it has no need to be greased or covered in flour.
