Complete Deelite Icing Sheets are a new edible paper for printing photos & picture cake decorations and consists of starch and sugar. It is an attractive and inexpensive edible paper that can easily be processed and offers fantastic printing results.
The sweet fondant sheet is a thin and flexible sheet of sugar placed on a plastic support sheet, to facilitate handling and can easily be fed and printed on by any professional inkjet Food Printer.
Icing sheets are suitable for decorating all cake surfaces, including cream and butter cream cakes. Create a thin layer of chocolate or jam on the backside of the sheets. All applications should be tested before producing a large batch.
Caution: We suggest placement only moments before presentation of the cake. Use dry cooling and do not store in a cake box. Humidity will cause the sheets to wave and colours to run.
The thickness of the Icing Sheets is approx. 0.40 – 0.55 mm.
Product features: One pack contains 24 sheets of A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm). Bright white color, slight sweet taste, vanilla aroma – smooth and satin appearance, very good resistance to freezing-thawing.
Icing sheets will last at least 12 months if kept sealed within the resealable foil bag provided. They will usually have a best before date of at least 18 – 24 months.
Store flat in a cool (18 – 22 °C), dry place away from direct sunlight.
